Ashvin Pathak - Non-Executive Chairman

Ashvin is involved in providing leadership to several technology businesses. His prime functions at Prima include: Bringing an independent and broad view to the board, developing a robust strategy with the management team and helping to ensure that the Company maintains a high standard of Executive Leadership.

Stephen McLaughlin - Managing Director

Steve, a graduate in physics founded Prima in 1998. Steve has been developing software for over twenty years and with Prima has been developing for the OP Industry since 2000. 'One of the key priorities for Prima is to keep the software adaptable and affordable' says Steve.

Tim Capper - Director of Operations

Tim joined Prima in 2000 after finishing his university degree.  He has covered many roles and responsibilities throughout his time at Prima. Tim's knowledge of the system, the office products industry and our client base is unmatched.  Which is why Tim’s focus is improving customers experiences and understanding of Prima.

John Waring - Director of Internet Technologies

John has almost 16 years of web development with ecommerce and over 10 years of producing web applications for the office products industry (Lyreco 5 yrs). He has overseen global b2b rollouts and worked with some of this country’s leading blue chip companies.

Norman Hind - Director of Development

Norman has worked alongside Steve for twenty years. He has been with Prima from its beginning in 1998. One of Normans many responsibilities is to ensure our Client base have access to a new feature packed release of the software every 6 months. 

Arun Vairavasundaram - Development

Arun works alongside Norman ensuring we consistently offer new and exciting additional features to ensure we keep the product at the forefront of technology. One of Aruns projects is enhancing our EPOS system which for all retailers comes free within Prima.  

Wilson Cheung - Implementation Developer

Wilson has been part of our support team for many years. In Wilson's time with Prima he has worked on many projects one of which was the new library of dealer reports. Recently Wilson moved into implementation and development where his coding experience will prove indispensable.

Joanne Woodman - Accounts Administrator

Joanne joined the business back in 2005. As a key member of the team Joanne's main responsibilities lie within the Accounts Department. Joanne also heads up the Human Resources division of the Company and is PA to Steve McLaughlin.

Robert Jones - Project Manager

Robert started with us back in 2004, he trained on the support desk and now is responsible for installing Prima at Client premises. With new customers coming on board every month Robert is a busy man.

Ian Buckley - Project Manager

Ian has been with Prima for several years now. He too started with the support team and now draws on that experience working alongside Robert in Implementation.

Andrea Rogers - Support Manager

Andrea joined Prima in its inaugural year back in 1998. Initially Andrea was tasked with writing the training manuals and testing the product. In 2000 Andrea moved to the support department, worked her way up and now manages the whole team.

Roger Hookey - Support

The majority of Roger's working life has been in Software. He spent many years at a senior level in the Space Industry before returning to Earth in 2005 and joining Prima! Rogers experience is invaluable and he is our resident SQL expert.  

Steve Dennis - Support

Steve is a relatively new member to our ever expanding Support and Helpdesk. Last year Steve joined us and has already made a positive impact with our clients.

Andrea Dorton - Support

Andrea is the newest member of our Support and Helpdesk Team. In her previous position working for Sage Andrea was responsible for training the sales and support staff. We knew straight away what an invaluable member of the team Andrea would become.

Rebecca Taylor - Support

Rebecca has spent the last 10 years teaching and training in a variety of environments including The British Army,local colleges and training providers.Bringing a wealth of training experience to Prima, Rebecca's main focus will be to ensure our customers utilise all the great tools within Prima to reduce processing time and increase margin.

Robert Harper - Web Support and Implementation

Robert is the latest member to join our ecommerce division. He brings 12 years of web graphics and development experience to the growing team. For the last 6 of those years Robert has been managing a support team and as such is very customer focused.

Trevor Pathak - Business Consultant - Northern Region

Trevor joined the business nearly a decade ago. Trevor has worked with some very large blue chip organisations and brought with him a wealth of Sales and Marketing expertise. Trevor is responsible, amongst other things for the 'below the line' marketing strategies employed within Prima.

Tristen Hinds - Business Consultant - Southern Region

Tristen has been working with Prima for over 3 years and has now been in the OP industry for 16 years. In his last position Tristen worked with an Office Supplies Company as a non exec Director and over a period of 13 years  helped grow the business from 200k to nearly 5 million.

Tanya Hayes - Sales Support

Tanya joins Prima with a wealth of customer service experience. As the latest member of the Prima Sales Department Tanya will be in regular contact with our prospects to keep them all up to date with our expanding portfolio of software for the Office Products Industry.
