In many companies that use field based engineers there is a need to effectively manage engineer time against planned and ad hoc service and maintenance calls. This module provides all the functionality required from simply logging calls and responding to tasks to full-blown field service management providing all the features to manage a large national network of service engineers.

Records all support contracts, maintenance contracts or warranty contracts. Contracts can be for any length of time with any payment profile and all the required updating and billing of contracts is handled automatically.

Parts can be requisitioned and loan stock allocated and tracked against a repair. Contracts can be parts and labour, parts only or labour only and response times can be pre-set or fixed.

Many necessary reports are produced, for example accruals, contract renewals
