Prima Business Control Software has created a seamless bridge between Sage and Prima. Sales Invoices once raised in Prima are posted directly into the Sage Sales Ledger section. Purchase Invoices received through EDI transfer from Suppliers are matched within a defined tolerance and posted into Sage’s Purchase Ledger.

General business expenses, such as heating, lighting and rent are posted directly into the Sage Purchase Ledger. The whole system is designed to ensure data is only entered once - creating huge efficiencies for our clients.

Prima not only down loads information to Sage, in addition it also uploads debtors’ information from Sage into Prima’s ‘Company’ section, thereby ensuring key staff are kept well informed, without the need to delve into sensitive accounts.
