Customer Trainer / Support

Due to the growth of our products and services, we have a position available for a Customer Support/Trainer.  As part of a team you will be responsible for day to day running of our software through telephone and online training.  Must be a proactive person who is driven to improve the overall service, ensuring satisfaction. The role involves application support and working to targets. Commercial knowledge of Ms products essential. 

Package includes an attractive salary dependant on qualifications & experience, employers pension contributions.
